These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, purchases, and interactions on jordancameltrek.com. By using the website or booking a trip, you agree to comply with the following:
1. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment or payment of the specified deposit.
Payments must be made via the secure payment gateway provided on the website.
The company reserves the right to refuse a booking for safety, capacity, or operational reasons.
2. Cancellations by the Guest
More than 60 days before departure: Full refund, less a 5% administrative fee.
31–60 days before departure: 50% refund of total booking price.
15–30 days before departure: 25% refund of total booking price.
14 days or less / no show: No refund.
3. Rescheduling by the Guest
Requests to reschedule must be received at least 30 days before departur
Subject to availability, guests may move their booking to another trek within 12 months.
A rescheduling fee of 10% of the booking value will apply
4. Cancellations by the Operator
If we are forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, security concerns, government restrictions), guests will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule within 12 months at no extra cost.
5. Travel & Health Insurance (Mandatory)
All participants must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
Medical emergencies
Evacuation and repatriation
Cancellations and delays
Insurance must specifically include sports and adventure activities and be valid in Jordan.
Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.
6. Special Circumstances
If a guest is unable to participate due to verified medical reasons (e.g., injury or illness certified by a doctor), we will offer:
A reschedule option within 12 months, or
A partial refund at our discretion (typically 50%), depending on notice given and costs already incurred.
7. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must follow instructions from guides and staff for safety.
Participants must disclose medical or physical conditions that may affect their ability to join the journey.
JHRC reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who may pose a safety risk to themselves or others.
Personal belongings are the responsibility of participants; secure storage should be used when available.
8. Travel & Adventure Services
The 14-day camel trekking adventure includes training, hotel stays, camping, meals, guides, escorts, emergency support, insurance, and all logistical services.
Seasonal trips: 3 in spring, 3 in autumn, maximum 12 participants per trip.
Online store products (heritage items, souvenirs, clothing) are separate and priced individually; the company may update prices periodically.
9. Online Store & Merchandise
Purchases from the website store are limited to delivery within Jordan only
Items are delivered within 3 working days.
Prices may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
JHRC is not responsible for product misuse or damage after delivery
10. Liability & Insurance
JHRC provides basic travel insurance and emergency support for participants.
JHRC is not responsible for injuries, loss, or theft of personal belongings unless caused by negligence of company staff.
Participants join the trips at their own risk and are advised to have additional personal insurance if needed.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of JHRC and cannot be used without written permission.
12. Website Use & Safety
Users must not attempt to hack, interfere with, or misuse the website
Personal data collected through the website will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
JHRC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on the website with the “Last Updated” date
